| So I put my 2-wk notice in and this is the email that was sent out...
Jane has given her resignation. Her last day will be Friday, April X, 2009. Her clients will be served by the other Day Treatment clinicians until a new Day Treatment clinician is hired." The Clinical director had the admin asst send this out. Then blamed the admin for sending out the email after she got in trouble by the CEO. Pathetic! It was her job to send out the email not the admin asst's job. Her make-up email is as follows
*************************************************************************************Dear X Family, An email was sent a few days ago announcing Jane’s resignation from her position as DTI Clinician and her last day on April X, 2009. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication on my part, that is just about all the email said. I would like to extend my sincere apologies to Jane, which I have already done in person. In her characteristic gracious manner, Jane replied “I didn’t even notice.”
Jane has been with the agency for over 2 ½ years. During this time, she has worked with some of our more challenging clients and families. She has done so with a great deal of diligence and integrity, often spending well beyond a 40 hour work week striving to meet their needs. Some of Jane’s strengths as a clinician and an employee are her patience, her willingness to try new things and her dedication to advocating for her clients. Her clients and her colleagues will certainly miss her peaceful and even temperament which has often brought a sense of calm to others during chaotic times. I hope each of you will find the time to express your goodbyes and wishes for happiness and success in her future endeavors to Jane over the course of this week.

| It's raining....it's pouring......
A few more inches & I think our place will be flooded!
I was driving in....I thought I was back at Northridge! My car was floating in the water and I was steering through it!
So much rain! You can't even see the sidewalks.....it's completely covered in rain....
At one point, I looked out and some of the cars parked on the streets....they were just flooded up to their windshield....most of them...u can't even see their tires....
1-2 inches of rain? More like 12 inches....geez!
Hmm....I hope my dad remembered to get flood insurance....Oh Boy!
